Cancellation & Late Policy
We understand that life happens, and plans sometimes shift.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for 24 hours notice.
Appointments changed within that window are subject to a 50% service fee, which will be charged to the card on file.
We’re tucked right in the heart of the Old Port, where parking can take a little extra time.
Street parking is often available on Milk, Exchange, and Pearl Street, and the Custom House Garage is just steps away.
Planning ahead helps us start your appointment relaxed and right on time.
If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your stylist may need to adjust or cancel the service to stay on schedule — in which case the same policy applies.
If you feel something isn’t quite right after your appointment, please reach out within 7 days so we can schedule a complimentary adjustment. We want you to love your hair, and we’re always happy to make it right.
