Soft, feminine short cuts, rooted blondes, voluminous layers, tousled bobs, lived-in shags, vibrant redheads—these were Sam’s signatures during her eight years behind the chair. Working in both Denver and Maine, she became known for that balance of softness and structure, precision and femininity.

Now, as Newfound’s Salon Manager, Sam no longer takes clients, but her technical background shapes everything she does. She brings a calm, thoughtful presence to the salon—supporting our team, refining systems, and making sure every service reflects our values of hair health, intention, and long-term integrity.

She leads the way she worked: detail-oriented, intuitive, and always thinking a few steps ahead so clients and stylists feel supported.

Outside the salon, Sam and her partner are raising two young daughters under two. You can find her cooking vibrant vegetarian meals, chasing fresh air by the lake or the ocean, and sneaking out for a good coffee date whenever she can.
